Here is a glimpse of some of our lab alumni and their contributions to the lab!

Rachel A. Rabin, MSc, PhD

Dr. Rabin did her PhD at BACDRL, successfully completing her thesis, "Effects of Cannabis Abstinence on Neurocognition and Clinical Symptoms in Schizophrenia versus Controls” with support of the Ontario Graduate Student (OGS) Fellowship. She is now an Associate Professor at McGill University in the Department of Psychiatry.

Karolina Bidzinski, PhD

Dr. Bidzinski did her PhD at BACDRL under Institute of Medical Sciences (IMS), successfully completing her thesis, Effects of rTMS on Cannabis Use Outcomes in Cannabis Dependent Patients with Schizophrenia”. She is now Senior Consultant at KPMG Canada.

Darby Lowe, MSc

Darby did her MSc at BACDRL under the Institute of Medical Sciences (IMS), successfully completing her thesis, “Effects of Cannabis Abstinence on Neurophysiological Outcomes in Cannabis Dependent Patients with Schizophrenia" and was also the Clinical Research Coordinator of the lab. She is now in the process of completing her PhD at the University of California, Berkeley, in clinical psychology.
